Can you just name the side bar something other than bugzilla.  The line of code
you really want in 2.16 of bugzilla is line 91 of
template/en/default/index.html.tmpl.

window.sidebar.addPanel ("Bugzilla", "[% Param('urlbase') %]sidebar.cgi", "");

Changing the title from "Bugzilla" to "Gentoo Bugs" help coz I have lots of
bugzilla sidebars who call themselves bugzilla.
