Same problem with bind-9.16.0. Same fix. Same problem, also with 9.16.0. Does not seem to be fixed upstream yet: https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/blob/master/lib/isc/Makefile.in#L85. Has anyone reported this upstream?
