Seems to be related or caused by dev-ruby/racc-1.4.16 upgrade. Previous version of dev-ruby/racc-1.4.14 works fine for rdoc compilation.

I can confirm the latest version is indeed missing "parser-text" which *does* exist in the previous version, except IDTR so I have no idea why it's missing or what the fix/workaround is.  I have a pretty fresh install here that just decided today that I needed ruby26 USE flags all over, and then it blows up.  A suggested workaround would be *really* nice right now...

I wasn't sure masking would work, but masking the latest ruby slot seems to be okay for now...

    We now use upstream git where this file is not pre-packaged.
