media-sound/din-43.0.1 errors out with USE="alsa -jack"

because due to line in Called src_prepare:

use jack && sed -i "s/-lasound/-ljack/g" src/Makefile.am || die "Failed to fix jack linking";

it must die without jack!
I can successfully emerge media-sound/din-43.0.1
when commented out this line!
