Right now, kdelibs-3.3.1 and kdebase-3.3.1 are marked stable but the rest of the KDE-3.3.1 base packages are marked ~   Either all of KDE-3.3.1 should be marked stable, or stable KDE should remain at 3.3.0  This is causing problems for people who do an emerge -uD world obviously.
