Targeted unstable KEYWORDS: arm64

I installed and tested net-misc/pps-tools-1.0.1 and net-misc/pps-tools-1.0.2 on arm64 to enable useflag "parse-clocks" for net-misc/ntp and tested a specific clock (one of the listed here: http://doc.ntp.org/current-stable/drivers/driver8.html) successfully.

Packages was build normaly.
