When I try to updgrade the system it fails at gnome-vfs - which is looking for gconf-2.0.pc.  It seems that this file is not being copied when gconf is built.  The build continues if I reinstall gconf and grab the missing file while it is building and copy it manually to /usr/lib/pkg-config.

Steps to Reproduce:
Happens when upgrading that uses pkg-config to check for gconf2 - such as gnome-vfs

Actual Results:  
./configure error during build
