docutils has an option for USE="glep" in the ebuilds. This flag seems optional,
but is not. Without USE="glep", compile always fails. 

Option of setting USE flag should be removed from ebuild, or ebuild ought to be fixed so that USE="glep" is not required.

Or perhaps this is a gcc-3.4.2 problem?
