Bug 70204 – KDE 3.3.1 and 3.3.0 mix that doesn't work

In x86 (stable) there is currently a mix of KDE 3.3.1 and 3.3.0. Specifically, the following packages are for KDE 3.3.1:
kde-base/arts-1.3.1 (well, yes, 1.3.1, but it's the one corresponding to kde 3.3.1)
kde-base/kdelibs-3.3.1
kde-base/kdebase-3.3.1
When you upgrade, this packages get upgraded to 3.3.1, when you upgrade again, since kdemultimedia and other packaged depend on kde 3.3.0, those packages are downgraded and it leads to madness.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
In a box where KDE is installed:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge -uD world
