All of the listed packages have been reported as using old-style user.eclass in new versions.  Please port them to GLEP 81 acct-* packages ASAP, in order to resolve the CI reports.

These are not scheduled to be "ASAP".  They will be done slowly in new releases starting with 10.4.x.

sys-cluster/galera has also been reviewed to drop user eclass in new releases but needs a stable to remove old

It seems, that this is fixed. All current and stable versions depend on acct-*.
All versions of 'sys-cluster/galera' doesn't seem to depend on old user eclass or acct-*, as no user/group is being created?
