While trying to build vkBasalt (currently not in gentoo repos or overlays) I found myself missing "vulkan/vk_layer_dispatch_table.h" which is supposed to be provided by vulkan-layers.

This appears to be caused by:

Happened after 1.1.106 (current stable) which isn't affected.

Adding -DBUILD_LAYER_SUPPORT_FILES=True reverts the behavior.

I've added media-gfx/vkBasalt to the FireBurn overlay, feel free to give it a go
