I'd like to wait a bit because I have a rather annoying test failure with Python 3.7:
https://github.com/gwik/geventhttpclient/issues/119

The tests also segfault with PyPy so I will also drop it.

I've disabled the failing test and removed PyPy. Which arches do you want to stabilize? All unstable ones?

The same as older version, I see that now we would need ppc and x86 because I see it stable in amd64 and arm64 already
