PyQtWebengine was moved to a separate package dev-python/PyQtWebEngine, so webengine use flag is missing from the latest stable version of PyQt5. Dependencies of anki should be updated in this case.

Due to this issue, having anki on your system forces PyQt5/PyQt5-5.10.1 to be installed, prohibiting upgrades. And just now I had some weird blockers and had to use  --exclude 'dev-python/PyQt5' to upgrade my system at least partially.
