The components of the Intel Compute Runtime have had upstream updates allowing them to use LLVM-9. The versions currently in gentoo are based on LLVM-8. Installing them on a system with other packages that use LLVM results in needing both versions of LLVM installed. Please bump versions.

Thanks, I'll look into this during my next iteration of NEO-related bumps. That said, those will most likely continue to use LLVM8 - as mentioned in https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/13176, I do not think I could at this time reliably support NEO on multiple LLVM slots and the stable one obviously has priority.
