I've fixed the keywords, but I don't see clang version hardcode there. Are you sure, you've *properly* installed clang-9 (and friends) and re-sourced your environment profile after that? My mistake, I somehow had the path set in /etc/portage/env/clang.conf. |

Also, range-v3-0.9.1.ebuild is now equal to 9999 and misses keywords for ~amd64 and friends. Reproducible: Always
