Hello,

I just had a conflict when trying to build mpv[vulkan] with libplacebo[glslang] since they want conflicting glslang version. I built libplacebo-9999 with that restriction removed and everything seems to work well (build and playing videos with --vo=gpu --gpu-api=vulkan).
