The feeds for added and updated packages have not been updated since 2019-09-14/15.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. check <updated> element in https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/added.atom
2. check <updated> element in https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/updated.atom
Actual Results:  
feed contains outdated entries

Expected Results:  
feed should contain updated entries

The feeds started working again today.
