Description James Cook 2004-10-31 18:10:20 UTC
games-misc/groach-0.4.0.ebuild has gnome-base/gnome-core listed as a dependency, which conflicts with several gnome2 packages.

gnome-base/gnome-core/gnome-core-1.4.2-r1.ebuild mentions that gnome-core shouldn't be installed if the user is using Gnome2.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --pretend groach

Actual Results:
Output from emerge:
...
[blocks B ] gnome-base/gnome-session (from pkg gnome-base/gnome-core-1.4.2-r1)
[blocks B ] x11-terms/gnome-terminal (from pkg gnome-base/gnome-core-1.4.2-r1)
[blocks B ] gnome-base/gnome-desktop (from pkg gnome-base/gnome-core-1.4.2-r1)
[ebuild N ] gnome-base/gnome-core-1.4.2-r1
[ebuild N ] games-misc/groach-0.4.0

Expected Results:
groach should not depend on gnome-core.

pick one, groach or gnome2, your choice.
