According to Repology, the current upstream release is 8.2.2.  Please bump.

Upstream considers 8.2.2 as beta — http://nuttcp.net/nuttcp/beta/

8.1.4 is the latest stable — http://nuttcp.net/nuttcp/latest/

Don't see any practical reason to add 8.2.2.
If someone will really need it, I'll do ebuild for beta.
