There's no change in ko/ati-faq.xml .

I've checked dates of all documents. Wrong dates in gentoo-x86-quickinstall.xml and vi-guide.xml have been found and fixed. index.xml has different date because it is really not a translation. It could have Korean-specific material, IMO.
