The polkit build dep needs to be updated to >=0.114, because that's when the policy ITS rules got added to it, which udisks non-intltool gettext translations now appear to require. I have the same with a # >=polkit-0.114 for .policy files gettext ITS comment for gnome-control-center, gnome-settings-daemon and without comment for gvfs and gnome-system-monitor too. Why the OP still has a polkit version that isn't even in the tree anymore is a different question, however. Regardless, I think we should raise the min dep. Likely happened during an update when, while trying to manually resolve conflicts, the emerge order isn't quite the standard order. But mainly responding because even in sys-fs/udsisk-2.8.4, the polkit dependency still is ">=sys-auth/polkit-0.110" and not "0.114".
