Description Jochen Schug 2004-10-30 09:48:50 UTC
The page above contains a patch for qmail-smtpd called 'qmail-1.03-mfcheck.4.patch'. It checks the domain part of the envelope sender (MAIL FROM) against DNS. If the domain is not found, the mail is rejected at SMTP level. This makes sure that the mail queue does not fill up with mails that cannot be bounced back to the orignal sender (mostly applies to spam mails).

I've found this patch to be very useful, and it'd be great if it could be included in the standard qmail package.
