Syntax error at line 288 : /usr/share/hddtemp/hddtemp.db

Commenting the line solves the problem

I can confirm this... looks like the second part of that line has been omitted when comparing it to the rest of the entries.

All hddtemp ebuilds fetch the hddtemp.db automatically from the net while
merging the package. Whatever the problem with the database was, it was upstream
and should be fixed now. Closing.
