Baselayout-1.11.4 have no support for wpa_supplicant WPA.

/etc/init.d/net.eth0 ignore/overwrites wpa-supplicant setup by  /etc/init.d/wpa_supplicant (it is started) and start WEP/unencrypted session search.
and then connect to an open network "linksys" :-(.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start wpa-supplicant
2. start net.wlan0 (is a link to net.eth0)



Expected Results:  
The wireless part should use net-wireless/wpa-supplicant config file
/etc/conf.d/wpa_supplicant and search for INTERFACES and ignore them.
After wpa-supplicant is started the normal DHCP/ifconfig dose all the needed work.


I am using DHCH not pump for wlan0.
ndiswrapper-0.11 on ipw2200 card (the IPW2200 driver don't have WPA support). 
the /etc/conf.d/net is 'ifconfig_wlan0=( "dhcp" )'
