gobject-introspection-1.60.2:20190903-143348.log.gz - successful tests
gobject-introspection already depends on markdown for USE=doctool. This seems to more like a test that is wrongly getting ran with USE=-doctool then, and should fail even for me, but I don't think it fails for me. Can you attach the test-suite.log it points at for the failure? (In reply to Mart Raudsepp from comment #2) > gobject-introspection already depends on markdown for USE=doctool. This > seems to more like a test that is wrongly getting ran with USE=-doctool > then, and should fail even for me, but I don't think it fails for me. I do not have USE=doctool enabled. It should be a dependency also for USE=test. > Can you attach the test-suite.log it points at for the failure? It's already in the description, however: # cat /var/tmp/portage/dev-libs/gobject-introspection-1.60.2/work/gobject-introspection-1.60.2/tests/scanner/test-suite.log ================================================================ gobject-introspection 1.60.2: tests/scanner/test-suite.log ================================================================ # TOTAL: 28 # PASS: 27 # SKIP: 0 # XFAIL: 0 # FAIL: 1 # XPASS: 0 # ERROR: 0 .. contents:: :depth: 2 FAIL: test_docwriter.py ======================= Traceback (most recent call last): File "./test_docwriter.py", line 10, in <module> from giscanner.docwriter import DocWriter File "/var/tmp/portage/dev-libs/gobject-introspection-1.60.2/work/gobject-introspection-1.60.2/giscanner/docwriter.py", line 30, in <module> import markdown ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'markdown' Traceback (most recent call last): File "../../tests/gi-tester", line 122, in <module> sys.exit(main(sys.argv)) File "../../tests/gi-tester", line 116, in main subprocess.check_call([env["PYTHON"], targetname], env=env) File "/usr/lib64/python3.6/subprocess.py", line 291, in check_call raise CalledProcessError(retcode, cmd) subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['/usr/bin/python3.6', './test_docwriter.py']' returned non-zero exit status 1. FAIL test_docwriter.py (exit status: 1) I also hit test_docwriter.py failure with =dev-libs/gobject-introspection-1.60.2 on x86.
