In the translators-howto.xml document, `Translation Teams' part of the 2nd chapter, there is a link to the doc-tipsandtricks.xml document, but the link is incorrect: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/doc-tipsntricks.xml and should be http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/doc/doc-tipsntricks.xml

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go the the http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/doc/translators-howto.xml page
2. Find the `Translation Teams' section
3. Click on the `tips and tricks' link

Actual Results:  
Of course, the server returned a 404 error

Expected Results:  
point the link to the correct address:
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/doc/doc-tipsntricks.xml
