I generally support this but we need a specific diff to be able to vote on it.

Still awaiting my Git patches, to add the by-laws to a proper repo, to be accepted. This is mostly waiting on Robin to ensure the wanted history is committed before the commit for the by-laws.

Overall, it may be a very moot point if we go to an umbrella and adopt their by-laws.
