If Inn 2.4.1 (net-news/inn) was compiled with tcltk in USE, the process "innd" disappears when the first new article arrives.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have tcltk in USE for inn
2. emerge inn, do configurations etc.
3. /etc/init.d/inn start
4. Send an article to the server or use pullnews to get new articles

Actual Results:  
The process innd stops without reporting any error, when it receives the first
new article.

Expected Results:  
Inn should do its service.

I ran into this one myself, and research finds that the 2.4.2 release (which
unfortunately isn't fully released) does fix this by disabling the broken TCL
linkage code.  See:

Alternately, the patch I'll attach produces a functional innd.
