when the ebuild execute to line ~950, I saw this:

find: /var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11-6.8.0-r2/image//usr/lib/X11/locale/: No such file or directory
sed: can't read /var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11-6.8.0-r2/image//usr/lib/X11/locale/*/Compose: No such file or directory
 * sed /var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11-6.8.0-r2/image//usr/lib/X11/locale/*/Compose failed
...

but:
# qpkg -l xorg-x11 | grep config/host.def
/usr/lib/config/host.def

there is an extra `X11' in the path.

Cool, thanks. It's in development now, so I'm glad to get anything like this found. I'll try to run through it soon and find anything else like this.
