Add the auctex-9999.ebuild. This fixes preview-latex functionality for me (see bug 267930).

We do not need a -9999 ebuild. If the latest upstream fixes a problem, we can simply add a patch

Could you please reconsider adding the auctex-9999 ebuild? The latest official upstream release was nearly 2 years ago. ELPA has a newer (prebuilt) version[1], which is not tagged as a release in the upstream repository[2]. The diff between 12.1 and ELPA 12.1.2 is quite large. In any case, a 9999 ebuild is useful.
