Please bump this package in portage to the latest upstream, which is 2.0.0

This build also builds and is supported upstream with Python-3.7, so we should consider adding python3_7 to the PYTHON_COMPAT in the ebuild.

I have tested this and it builds and appears to run without any obvious issues.
