Please bump this package in portage to the latest upstream, which is 4.3.1

https://github.com/zopefoundation/zope.configuration/

This build also builds and is supported upstream with Python-3.7, so we should consider adding python3_7 to the PYTHON_COMPAT in the ebuild.
