Description OKUMURA N. Shin-ya 2004-10-27 07:40:22 UTC
Man-pages-1.6x.tar.bz2 includes './man-pages-1.6?/POSIX-COPYRIGHT', which is copyright notice of The OpenGroup originated man pages, such as man0p, man1p and man3p. I consider man-pages-1.6x.ebuild should be modified as; - dodoc man-pages-*.Announce README + dodoc man-pages-*.Announce README POSIX-COPYRIGHT Because POSIX-COPYRIGHT seems not conflict GPL-2, LICENSE do not have to be modified. (or add 'as-is')

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

why ?
COPYRIGHT / LICENSE specific files are normally neglected from dodoc
Comment 2 OKUMURA N. Shin-ya 2004-10-28 15:34:14 UTC
O.K, it was my mistake.
I will change its status to INVALID.
Comment 3 Florian Steinel 2005-08-14 09:08:07 UTC
The file "POSIX-COPYRIGHT" is missing from sys-apps/man-pages-2.0{2,5,7}.
Also "Changes" and "Changes.old" are missing from the dodoc in
sys-apps/man-pages-2.0{2,5,7}.
