right now, there's only one symlink available: 

/usr/bin/rustfmt-bin-1.35.0 

which should be complemented by 

/usr/bin/rustfmt 

same for cargo-fmt, only /usr/bin/cargo-fmt-bin-1.35.0 is available, but in addition it should have /usr/bin/cargo-fmt

run eselect-rust again, symlinks will be created.
it's known bug, I'll get to it later.
