When app-portage/elogv is used on a monochrome terminal, there is no way to tell the currently selected entry apart from the unselected ones.

One possible solution would be to highlight the currently selected entry using reverse video.

I'm not sure elogv wants to support monochrome terminals.  If it's critical to you, please re-open with a patch against latest Git master of elogv [1].  Thanks for your understanding.
