New perl mods, needed by amavis-perl, coming next.

These worked fairly easilly well for me. Might want to double-check my work on
dependancies, see if there is any stray dependancies, or un-needed
dependancies.
Otherwise, they were fairly simple.

these modules are already in portage (probably after you submitted this ebuild, 
when the freeze was lifted)
