As mentioned in upstream[1], media-libs/libmypaint[gegl] is no requirement for >=media-gfx/gimp-2.10 and media-gfx/mypaint.

Please change IUSE="+gegl" to IUSE="-gegl" for media-libs/libmypaint, because GIMP and MyPaint do not use the MyPaintGegl API. This avoids having two separate versions of GEGL on your system. See also #671170. If someone requires MyPaintGegl, he can enable that flag in the package.use.
