Currently we have qtnetwork/qtnetwork-5.12.4.ebuild added to gentoo/libressl.
It was added 26 days ago.

And in the mirror (gentoo-mirror/libressl) we are still stuck at qtnetwork version 5.12.3.

I think the auto-merge tools are broken.
