Control over remotesensing.org domain was lost at some point in 2016 and thus should not be used to download any files. It is still listed in following ebuilds:
media-libs/tiff-4.0.10 => http://download.osgeo.org/libtiff/
sci-libs/proj-4.8.0 => http://download.osgeo.org/proj/
