hi!

just thought this would be handy so that people can adjust their use-vars when they get added and not when they find them by accident ;)

suggested implementation:
either

1) use md5sum of use.desc and use.local.desc
2) get a list before sync and after sync <- propably better because this doesn't change when descriptions change
