On musl/armv7-a/hardened sys-apps/sandbox-2.17 fails to compile. Last version that compiled successfully was sandbox-2.13

2.17 is now in the musl overlay for testing.

2.18 should bring full musl support across all archs without having to use the overlay.

I prefer it stay open until 2.18 is stabilized.
