file is there

src/libs/xpcom18a4/xpcom/base/nsID.h


but not included for some reason.

and it's empty.



6.0.6 clearly has full set of headers in 
/tmp/portage/app-emulation/virtualbox-6.0.6-r1/work/VirtualBox-6.0.6/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include/xpcom/



so it seems something changed in upstream build system and they fail to copy headers.
