The nextcloud 14.0.11 release contains a bug which makes the upgrade process from earlier versions fail.

Please mask/unkeyword/do the needful on this release, and bump to 14.0.12.

Thanks for the report! .12 should get in tree in next sync (and .11 removed at the same time)
