Attempting to emerge harfbuzz-2.4.0 results in the following error message:

!!! Expected: 17922003

Upstream has changed the previous distribution file for a new one located at the same location: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/harfbuzz/release/harfbuzz-2.4.0.tar.bz2

The change occurred on 2019-04-06, according to the timestamp on the server.
