The latest version of Supybot in Portage is 0.77.2, which is awfully outdated.
This bug report includes two attachments:
 * supybot-0.79.999.ebuild (latest stable release), and
 * supybot-0.80.0_pre2.ebuild (latest prerelease)

I have tested both on my machine, but there can be some issues since I'm new to writing ebuilds.

Forgot to mention, that supybot does not depend on pysqlite for these ebuilds, as pysqlite is only required for a few nontrivial plugins.
