The stage 1 file for the SELinux + Hardened GCC tarball is missing the sec-policy/python-selinux module. I had to manually build the module using emerge --nodeps --oneshot sec-policy/python-selinux in order to get portage to stop spitting out the following error:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'secure_mkdir' 

While trying to install any application/library during bootstrap. This is a seriously critical bug that needs to be fixed.
