Just in case no one read this from comment #0: "In order to use X2go, I have to build the mesa libgl-xlib _____manually_____ using the following steps" [emphasis added]. Apparently mesa+scons doesn't support Python3. Run it via python2 /usr/bin/scons ... Volker, I can imagine this bug might not have taken the path you hoped it will take, but IMHO this issue should be brought to the attention of mesa upstream as it's quite likely an issue with their scons file simply being too old for scons-3 + python3. There's only little we can do as downstream reagrding such issues. (In reply to Lars Wendler (Polynomial-C) from comment #3) > Volker, I can imagine this bug might not have taken the path you hoped it > will take, but IMHO this issue should be brought to the attention of mesa > upstream as it's quite likely an issue with their scons file simply being > too old for scons-3 + python3. Your fellow devs can learn a lot about how to communicate these kinds of processes and decisions from you. upstream bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110565 for reference |
