The package dev-libs/double-conversion-3.1.4 uses a wrong subslot. Currently, it identifies itself as "0/2", which is wrong, as it installed <soname>.3.

Last version with <soname>.2 is dev-libs/double-conversion-3.0.3, which also uses "0/2" as subslot, which is correct.
