Portage reports the following QA issue with sys-devel/automake-1.16.1-r1:

 * One or more compressed files were found in docompress-ed directories.
 * Please fix the ebuild not to install compressed files (manpages,
 * documentation) when automatic compression is used:
 * 
 *   /usr/share/doc/automake-1.16.1-r1/amhello-1.0.tar.gz

I cannot reproduce this bug anymore with sys-devel/automake-1.16.1-r2.
