Browserpass extension without the new v3 host installed

Browserpass has been updated and is no longer compatible with the old v2 native host. New ebuilds for v3 are now required; the extension is non-functional until the v3 host app is available.

Please note that the URL in the v2 ebuilds is also significantly out of date, and needs to be updated. Browserpass has not been hosted on dannyvankooten's GitHub account for quite some time.
